    • Our services require a stable and fast internet connection.
    • Refunds will not be granted due to slow internet speeds or connection issues.
  3. Setup and Tutorials

    • Our support team is available 24/7 to assist you.
    • Refunds will not be issued if you cannot set up the service on your devices. Please refer to our detailed setup tutorials to resolve any issues.
  4. Payment Errors

    • If you mistakenly choose the wrong plan or subscription duration (e.g., selecting a 12-month plan instead of 3 months), submit a ticket under the title Payment Error.
    • Our support team will review your request and process the refund if approved.
  5. Account Expiration

    • Refunds will not be accepted for accounts that have been active for 7 days or more.
