- Refunds will not be issued if you cannot set up the service on your devices. Please refer to our detailed setup tutorials to resolve any issues.
Payment Errors
- If you mistakenly choose the wrong plan or subscription duration (e.g., selecting a 12-month plan instead of 3 months), submit a ticket under the title Payment Error.
- Our support team will review your request and process the refund if approved.
Account Expiration
- Refunds will not be accepted for accounts that have been active for 7 days or more.
